1. Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: Yes, we accept purchase orders. Government and
educational institutions can fax all purchase orders to
866-239-4834. Commercial businesses must get approval for
credit terms.

like to apply for credit.
2. Q: Is there tax on my order?
A: There is no sales tax on all orders delivering outside of
California. All California deliveries will be charged a
8.25% sales tax.
3. Q: Can I request a quote?
A: Yes, if you need a quote you can request it by filling
out our contact form in our
contact page or email us.
Let us know if you want one faxed or emailed.
4. Q: How long does it take get my products?
A: It depends on the products. We have warehouses nationwide
and we ship from the closest location to you. Calculators,
copiers, fax machines, printers, projectors, typewriters and
supplies usually ship the same day and deliver in 2 to 3
days. Electronic whiteboards, shredders, and paper handling
equipment can take a bit longer. You can check the status of
your order by filling out our contact form in our
contact page.
5. Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You can check the status of your order by logging into
your account and clicking on the order you want check status
on. On the bottom of the Order Information page it will show
you the status of your order.

A: Yes, everything that we sell is brand new and factory
